It is a mini Christmas today for the Lord has sent us lots of gifts, Ninongs, Ninangs and legions of angels.
Mamu fell from the stairs, good thing my sister was there to catch her, still she hit her head which bled due to a cut. It had to be sutured. Also, Mamu has to undergo CT scan in the next 24 hours to check for any internal bleeding or unnecessary clot.
UST was closed and we have no doctor to read the results even if Mamu had the CT scan. We were truly being taken cared of by our Lord and Padre Pio. My sister's female doctor friend recommended Jose Reyes Hospital. She further offered her associate to assist in reading the results.
Another male doctor friend of my sister went to see Mamu at Perpetual Help (where she was admitted at the emergency room for first-aid and x-ray) and he performed the suture in the cut of her head. After the procedure, the doctor went with us to JR to help us locate the hospital plus we really needed a male helping hand to assist in carrying Mamu when necessary.
Thank God for the gifts. He has allowed Mamu to be alright, no broken bones, no pelvic injury, no head concerns after the CT scan.
Worth mentioning that the neighbors were of true help. Ching Ching run for help to them to get a tricycle and also to help carry Mamu. It is really fortunate that Ennie and Ching were there with Mamu. They got to the hospital without footwear, more dramatic than Cinderella.
We had a great dinner with Mamu and the doctor, superb Chinese food. It was a tasty meal since it was shared with special people and with thanksgiving.
We continue to pray to God and also implore the intercession of Padre Pio and Mama Mary for the immediate recovery of Mamu. Praise God!
