Be Healed

I have been struggling the whole day. I feel negatively charged today. I am aware of my mood. I have a truckload of life's concerns. Who doesn't?

The other day, I was drained, when in fact I just woke up.

Bad, really bad . . .

Fighting this state, I went about doing things to rid of the feeling. (I'd say more of activities than accomplishments . . . hmm . . . still in the negative mode, huh). I went about grooming my dogs, going to the grocery and getting the dirty clothes to the laundry shop.

Creating something is another good option, so I proceeded to making gelatin dessert (that turned out too sweet, hmmph) and finally just tinkered with the computer and started updating my blogs (which was actually boring me to death at the moment).

Oh my, what is this?

Now, I started to be thankful for the precious things I have.

Mabuti na lang . . . wala akong sakit, uso sakit ngayon pero masakit yata ngipin ko. (Good thing I am not sick but I think my tooth aches.) Wait, I had a great day yesterday celebrating my friend's birthday. It's swell to have friends who have time to be with you. Thank God too, I have my cute dogs to play with, a laptop with internet connection so I can do this blog, family who are with me this weekend, and blah, blah, blah . . .

. . . and I know Someone up there loves me and is always watching over me, probably confused why I get upset and busy over so many things - a Martha instead of a Mary.

When I started to be thankful, my negative charges seem to be neutralized, going towards being positively charged, hopefully.

I believe we have the power to heal ourselves in a way.

I will heal . . . CHEERS!!!

His Time

There is a time and a season for everything. It may be a time of new beginnings, a time of growth, a time of reaping the harvest of hard work, or a time of rest. Trust this beautiful order.

Everything in His time.

In Him Alone

REFRAIN:
In Him alone is our hope
In Him alone is our strength
In Him alone are we justified
In Him alone are we saved

What have we to offer
That does not fade or wither
Can the world ever satisfy
The emptiness in our hearts
In vain we deny (REFRAIN)

When will you cease running
In search of hollow meaning
Let His love feed the hunger
In your soul till it overflows
With joy you yearn to know (REFRAIN)
